I barely have time to workout, not to mention going to the gym. Christine designed a program I could do at home in 20 minutes using resistance bands and a stability ball. Now I do my workouts while watching my favorite TV programs.

I wanted to participate in the 5K Run my foundation holds every year, so I asked Christine to set up a program for me. We only had 9 weeks and I was walking everyday but I had never run before. Christine put together a program that was safe and allowed me to acheive my goal in that short amount of time. Not only did I finish the 5K but I also reduced my cholesterol and no longer have to take medication for it!
