You are hiring a personal trainer for one reason, to get results using a safe but challenging program. . You may have researched about weight training, and have a basic understanding, but I will be there with over 15 years experience to be sure you are doing it correctly.

You'll be successful because the personal training program we design focuses on your own personal goals, and you will see results.

In-home/office personal training eliminates excuses!  The gym comes to you, and you don’t need any exercise equipment. You can train on your lunch break, or any time that fits your schedule. You don’t have to compete with anyone, dress up for anyone, or train to impress anyone.  The focus is on you and your success with achieving your goals. 

I will guide you through perfect exercise technique during every repetition, every set and every workout. This means a safe workout with greater results in less time.

No equipment neccessary. I will put you through a total body workout in the comfort of your own home or office, without any equipment neccessary.

We'll start with an assessment so the program is customized to your goals and/or challenges. And every 4 weeks we'll reassess so your program is constantly changing to avoid plateaus.

Workout Smarter not Harder

My clients regain control over their lives and experience dramatic changes in general fitness and weight management. Its all about conscious precision movements. You need to focus on the muscles you are strengthening.

If you have had a previous injury, have joint problems or are obesely overweight, you have special training needs and should have a personal trainer with knowledge about those needs.

Training with me can reduce or eliminate many issues. Gain more muscle and endurance to enjoy golf, tennis, biking, hiking, skiing and more.

Workout smart and protect joints and avoid shoulder, knee and hip problems.

I use core strengthening, corrective and pilates exercises combined with traditional movements to strengthen and protect joints to get you fit so your empowered to live the happy active life you desire.
