In Home Training Programs

No equipment neccessary. I will put you through a total body workout without any equipment neccessary.

We'll start with an assessment so the program is customized to your goals and/or challenges. And every 4 weeks we'll reassess so your program is constantly changing to avoid plateaus.

Sessions start at $70/hr.

 

Online Training Programs

The program starts with an assessment so each program is individualized for your particular goals and/or challenges.

Online personal training is a weekly exercise program that is emailed to you each week. The workout includes cardio, strength, core and flexibility training. The workouts are customized based on your initial assessment and specific goals. Studies show online personal training can help you succeed at your weight loss goals. Each week a detailed program is sent to you via email including a description of exercises with pictures so it is easy to follow. Instructions include cardio workout with duration and intensity, number of sets, number of reps, technique advice etc.

Each four to six weeks another assessment is sent to keep your workout progressing as you get more fit.
